At St Anne's Primary School, we are committed to ensuring that every child, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), is fully included and able to achieve their potential. In line with the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and the Equality Act 2010, we identify needs early, provide appropriate support through a graduated approach of Assess, Plan, Do, Review, and work closely with parents, pupils and external agencies. High-quality teaching is the first response to meeting additional needs, with targeted interventions and reasonable adjustments provided where required. Our aim is to remove barriers to learning, promote independence, and ensure all pupils can access a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum in a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.
